龍井茶始產于宋代，明代益盛。在清明前採制的叫“明前茶”，穀雨前採制的叫“雨前茶”。向有“雨前是上品，明前是珍品”的說法。
明前龍井的口感清爽、甘醇，帶有淡淡的香氣。茶湯清澈透明，呈淡黃綠色，非常清爽怡人。

Longjing tea was first produced in the Song Dynasty and flourished in the Ming Dynasty. The tea picked before the Chingming Festival is called "Mingqian tea" i.e. Pre-Ching Ming, and the tea picked before the Grain Rain is called "Yuqian tea" i.e. Pre-Grain Rain. There is a saying that “Pre-Grain Rain”is the top grade, and “Pre-Ching Ming”is the treasure".
The taste of Pre-Ching Ming Longjing is sweet and mellow, with a light nutty aroma. Tea liquor is clear and transparent, light yellow-green in color, very refreshing and pleasant.
